TOWN PLANNING SERVICES
Apex Building and Development is skilled in preparing applications for lodgement to Council, specifically Development Applications in New South Wales and Material Change of Use applications in Queensland. We ensure that our applications are complete and thorough and that all of Council’s requirements are addressed, so that any potential delays through Council assessment are minimised.
Development Applications are accompanied by a detailed Planning Report, in the format of a detailed Statement of Environmental Effects (NSW) and a Planning Report (QLD).
Town Planning consultancy services are provided by Sharyn Borger, who holds a Degree in Applied Science (Environmental Planning) and who has over 24 years employment as a Town Planner for various Council’s and private Town Planning consultancies.

- Preparation & lodgement of Development Applications in NSW.
- Preparation of Complying Development Certificate Applications in NSW
- Preparation of Section 96 applications to amend Development Consents.
