TOWN PLANNING SERVICES
Apex Building and Development is skilled in preparing applications for lodgement to Council, specifically Development Applications in northern New South Wales including Tweed, Byron, Ballina, Lismore, Clarence Valley, Richmond Valley, Coffs Harbour and Kyogle Council areas. We ensure that our applications are complete and thorough and that Council’s requirements are addressed, so that any potential delays through Council assessment are minimised.
Development Applications are accompanied by a detailed Planning Report in the format of a Statement of Environmental Effects or Planning Assessment addressing the specific requirements of the Council’s town planning controls.
Town Planning consultancy services are provided by Sharyn Borger, who holds a Degree in Applied Science (Environmental Planning) and who has over 35 years employment as a Town Planner for various Council’s and private Town Planning consultancies.
